Rito Cook Islands
Rito Cook Islands Limited products are proudly hand made in small batches and packaged at the Rito Cook Islands premises in the village of Tikioki (near Muri Beach) on the island of Rarotonga.

Products and Prices
Our intention is keep the Rito Cook Islands website current, however, it is possible that information pertaining to a product or pricing may not be exactly as shown at the time that you place an order. Product prices are inclusive of sales tax (GST) where applicable but exclusive of shipping charges.
All of our pricing is shown in New Zealand dollars and any purchases will be charged in that currency.
You can place your order on our website or by emailing us on email@example.com. Payment must be received prior to your order being sent out.
Electronic payments made for products purchased from our website are secure. Once you confirm your order you will be redirected to a secure payment site where your information is entered and then processed through the Stipes network. Stripes is a secure payment gateway so you can be completely assured your credit card details are secure and Rito Cook Islands does not know or retain your card details.
Your order will be processed and dispatched from either Rarotonga or New Zealand depending on your location and our stock levels, we will deliver the goods to you as quickly as possible however, we do not accept any responsibility for delays caused by any third party.
Acceptance of Goods
Your satisfaction is important to us, if you have a concern about the product you received please make contact via the Contact Us page with details of the product you purchased, where and when purchased, the batch number and the reason for your dissatisfaction.
We do not offer cash refunds or accept returns if you have changed your mind.
We may request you to return any unused product before sending out a replacement. If you have purchased your Rito product from a retail stockist, you will need to return it to them and the stores returns policy will apply.
Rito Cook Islands Limited is the sole and exclusive owner of the Rito Cook Islands trademark, the Rito Cook Islands artwork and any product or brand imagery of any description on the Rito Cook Islands website. This intellectual property is protected by New Zealand trademark, artwork or imagery may not be copied or reproduced without express written permission from Rito Cook Islands Limited.
Your Obligations and Responsibilities
You agree that in accessing the Rito Cook Islands site that you will comply with these Terms and Conditions and that these Term and Conditions supersede any other in relation to any transaction on this Website.
